トレーラのエアブレーキ装置にエアの供給及びエア圧をコントロールするバルブ（リレーエマージェンシバルブ）において、定期交換部品の指定及び補修用部品の設定をしていなかったため、部品交換がおこなわれていない。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、リレーピストンとシリンダーが固着し、ブレーキを離した際に、ブレーキが引きずり、最悪の場合、ブレーキが過熱し、火災に至るおそれがある。What is to be done about it
