全車両、コントローラを対策品と交換する。なお、改善措置用部品の準備に時間を要することから、暫定処置として使用者に届出内容を告知し、クラッチ操作を行って操作する方法を使用者に要請する。また、交換部品の準備ができた段階で、年式の古いものから順次対策品と交換する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
