農耕用トラクタのホイールボルト・ナット締結箇所において、製造方法が不適切な為、当該ボルト・ナットが緩むことがある。そのままの状態で作業を続けると、ボルト・ナットが脱落し、最悪の場合、脱輪するおそれがある。

What is to be done about it

全車両、暫定対策としてボルト及びナットの締付トルクを確認し、緩んでいる場合は規定トルクで増し締めする。なお、恒久対策が決定次第、速やかに恒久対策を実施する。
