What the notice says 刈取脱穀作業車の乗員の着座を検知するセンサーのハーネスにおいて、設計段階の評価が不十分なため、座席近傍の配策に不備があり、可動部分に近づくものがある。そのため、乗員が座席位置を調整した場合、ハーネスが可動部分に挟まり、損傷しショートすることで、最悪の場合、キースイッチヒューズが溶断するため、エンジンが停止し、再始動できなくなるおそれがある。

刈取脱穀作業車の乗員の着座を検知するセンサーのハーネスにおいて、設計段階の評価が不十分なため、座席近傍の配策に不備があり、可動部分に近づくものがある。そのため、乗員が座席位置を調整した場合、ハーネスが可動部分に挟まり、損傷しショートすることで、最悪の場合、キースイッチヒューズが溶断するため、エンジンが停止し、再始動できなくなるおそれがある。

What is to be done about it

全車両、当該ハーネスの配策を変更する。又ハーネスを確認し損傷がある場合は、ハーネスを補修する。
