What the notice says ドライブシャフトにおいて、生産工場の組付作業指示が不適切であったため、ギヤボックスから動力を伝達する継ぎ手の締結ボルトが規定トルクで締め付けられていないものがある。そのため、締結ボルトが緩み、最悪の場合、ボルトがすべて脱落して車輪に動力が伝達できなくなることにより、走行不能になるおそれがある。

What the ministry says is wrong

ドライブシャフトにおいて、生産工場の組付作業指示が不適切であったため、ギヤボックスから動力を伝達する継ぎ手の締結ボルトが規定トルクで締め付けられていないものがある。そのため、締結ボルトが緩み、最悪の場合、ボルトがすべて脱落して車輪に動力が伝達できなくなることにより、走行不能になるおそれがある。

What is to be done about it

全車両、当該ボルトの締め付け点検を行い、規定トルクで締め付けられていない場合は、すべてのボルトを新品に交換し、規定トルクで締め付ける。
