What the notice says 電気装置において、組立作業が不適切なため ① メインハーネスをクランプに固定するバンドが欠品しており、メインハーネスがクラ ンプから外れ、クランプ端部と干渉する場合がある。 ② メインハーネス固定用バンド（6本中の1本）をブラケットの穴に通すべきところ、ブ ラケットの穴に通さずにメインハーネスをクランプしたためメインハーネスが位置決め されず、周辺の部品と干渉する場合がある。 その結果、車両の振動等によりメインハーネスが損傷する場合があり、内部配線が短絡し てヒューズが溶断し、前照灯、制動灯、尾灯、番号灯、速度計照明又は方向指示器が作動 しなくなるか、あるいは原動機が停止して再始動が出来なくなるおそれがある。

①全車両、メインハーネスを点検し、損傷しているものは修理を行なう。 ②全車両、当該バンドを取付けメインハーネスをクランプに確実に固定する。 ③全車両、当該バンドをブラケットの穴に通してクランプし、メインハーネスをブラケッ トに固定する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
