What the notice says ①高輝度放電灯式前照灯の左側ヘッドランプでハウジングにレンズを取り付ける組み立て 治具の寸法が不適切なため、ヘッドランプ組み立て後にレンズとハウジングのシール位置 がずれ、ヘッドライトの点灯・消灯の繰り返しを行うと、シール部が部分的に剥がれて雨 天走行時等にヘッドランプ内に水が浸入するものがある。そのため、浸入した水がヘッド ランプ内下部に取り付けられているコントロールユニットに入ると電圧制御回路が短絡し て、前照灯が点灯しなくなるおそれがある。

①全車両、当該ヘッドランプのシール状態を点検し、シール性に不具合があるものは対策 品のヘッドランプ及び新品のコントロールユニットに交換する。また、不具合がないもの は対策品のヘッドランプに交換する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
