全車両、メインフレーム端部の溶接溶け込みを除去し、下側補強板は当該部を覆う長い対 策品に交換する。更にクロスメンバガセットを当該部を覆う形状の対策品に交換する。な お、車枠を点検し亀裂が発生しているものは亀裂を修理する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
