What the notice says 空気ばね緩衝装置付トラクタにおいて、燃料タンクを固定するバンドの締結力が不十分なため、悪路走行時等の過大な衝撃を繰り返し受けると、燃料タンクが動く場合がある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、燃料タンクが、燃料フィルタ取付金具と干渉して損傷し、最悪の場合、燃料が漏れるおそれがある。

全車両、燃料タンク固定バンドを対策品と交換する。また、燃料フィルタ取付金具と燃料タンクの隙間が少ないものは、当該取付金具を対策品と交換する。なお、タンクに損傷のあるものは新品と交換する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
