全車両、車軸を点検し、溶接が不適切なものにあっては、下記の改善措置を実施する。 ①車軸に亀裂が進行していないものについては、追加溶接を実施する。 ②車軸に亀裂が進行しているものについては、車軸を対策品に交換する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
