車載トレーラの車軸において、車軸伸縮部の摺動部に取り付けられているスライドシューが、車両積み降ろし作業時の車軸の伸縮により摩耗すると、車軸にガタが生じ、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、走行時の振動等により車軸伸縮を固定するロック装置の溶接部に亀裂が入り、最悪の場合、車軸が折損するおそれがある。What is to be done about it
全車両、スライドシューを新品と交換するとともに、当該ロック装置の点検を行い、亀裂が発生していた場合は補修を行う。また、取扱説明書にスライドシューの点検時期及び摩耗限度を追記するとともに、使用者及びサービスメンテナンス工場に対し、当該同内容について周知徹底を図る。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
