What the notice says 農耕トラクタの油圧ポンプの締結構造が不適切なため、作動圧力が高くなると当該ポンプのギヤプレート（ポンプ室）がずれ、入力軸受部に焼付きが発生し、作動油吐出流量が低下する。そのままの状態で使用を続けると、動力伝達装置の油圧クラッチの圧力が低下し駆動力の低下やパワーステアリングの操舵力が増大するなどの不具合が発生し、最悪の場合、油圧ポンプの入力軸が折損し、走行不能や操舵困難になるおそれがある。
