制動装置の構成部品であるブレーキプレートにおいて、ブレーキシューとブレーキプレートの干渉を避ける為に設けたブレーキプレートの溝が不適切であったため、制動時の引張と圧縮の力が集中する事により、溝部に亀裂が発生する場合があり、最悪の場合、ブレーキの利きが悪くなるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
