What the notice says ショベル・ローダの駐車ブレーキにおいて、組立工程が不適切なため、油圧シリンダ先端ヨークと駐車ブレーキレバーを組み付ける際にヨークがレバーと干渉し、駐車ブレーキ内部のプレートを損傷させてしまうものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で駐車ブレーキの作動と解除を繰り返すと、プレートの損傷部から亀裂が進展し、最悪の場合、プレートが折損して車両を停止状態に保持できなくなるおそれがある。

ショベル・ローダの駐車ブレーキにおいて、組立工程が不適切なため、油圧シリンダ先端ヨークと駐車ブレーキレバーを組み付ける際にヨークがレバーと干渉し、駐車ブレーキ内部のプレートを損傷させてしまうものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で駐車ブレーキの作動と解除を繰り返すと、プレートの損傷部から亀裂が進展し、最悪の場合、プレートが折損して車両を停止状態に保持できなくなるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
全車両、駐車ブレーキレバー、プレート、ピンおよび油圧シリンダ先端ヨークを新品に交換する。また、当該部品の交換時に油圧シリンダ先端ヨークと駐車ブレーキレバーを組み付ける際には、専用の治具を使用して干渉させないよう組付ける。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
