排出ガス中の酸素濃度を検出する空燃比（空気と燃料の比率）センサ回路故障時のエンジンコンピュータ制御が不適切なため、センサの内部配線が断線した場合等に適正な空燃比が得られなくなることがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、断線時に触媒コンバータが異常過熱して損傷し、最悪の場合、火災に至るおそれがある。What is to be done about it
